Bitcoin capped its strongest week in roughly three years, climbing above $77,000 on Friday after briefly challenging $80,000 overnight. The cryptocurrency gained more than 20% on the week, up from around $62,800 on Monday, as a wave of regulatory optimism and heavy ETF inflows — more than $800 million into bitcoin and ether funds over two days — pulled investors back into digital assets.

Crypto-linked equities rode the move. Robinhood Markets jumped as much as 11% on Friday as the rally fueled trading activity across retail brokerages, while Riot Platforms rose 3.7% on the day and finished the week up more than 20%, alongside Coinbase. Miners including MARA Holdings and Hut 8 also advanced.

The rally made crypto-exposed names some of the best performers in an otherwise down week for stocks, with the financials sector providing a notable boost to the broader market on Friday.
