CoreWeave shares fell about 12% on Friday to $61.39, bringing the AI cloud provider's weekly decline to roughly 25% after a drop of more than 15% on Wednesday tied to debt concerns.
The company's total debt exceeds $51 billion, and the cost of insuring it has jumped, with its five-year credit default swap closing at 1,117 basis points. The selloff spread to memory and storage names, with Micron down 5.6%, Seagate down 7.5% and Western Digital down 6.9%.
The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index fell 3.8% with all 30 constituents lower, underscoring investor unease over how AI infrastructure spending is being financed.
