Dow Gains 1% on Tuesday While Nasdaq Slips; Futures Point Higher

The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 1.02% to 52,495.88 on Tuesday, and the S&P 500 added 0.28% to 7,712.57. The Nasdaq Composite was little changed, down 0.02% at 26,424.82.

After the close, Nasdaq-100 futures climbed more than 1% on SpaceX's earnings beat, while S&P 500 futures gained about 0.35% and Dow futures were flat.
