Fubo reported second-quarter 2026 results that showed revenue climbing 35.8% year over year to $1.48 billion, though the figure fell short of Wall Street's expectations. Shares dropped following the release.

The streaming company's GAAP loss of $0.25 per share was better than analysts had forecast, coming in about 34% ahead of consensus on the bottom line. The quarter reflects Fubo's first full periods operating alongside Hulu + Live TV following the Disney combination.

On the call, management confirmed the anticipated convergence of Fubo and Hulu + Live TV advertising rates as the migration to the Disney ad server progresses, a key piece of the company's path to improved monetization.
