Meta is looking to raise as much as $95 billion through sales of common and preferred stock, according to reports on Monday. About $35 billion is being offered now, including $22.5 billion of Class A common shares, with Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs leading the deal.

Nvidia, AMD and Broadcom have agreed to buy up to $5 billion of the common stock as cornerstone investors. A further program of roughly $60 billion in non-voting Class C shares is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2027.

The full raise equals about 5.7% of Meta's market value, at a share price near $654. Meta shares were little changed in early trading. The size of the offering highlights how heavily the largest technology companies are leaning on capital markets to fund AI infrastructure.
