Super Micro Computer will report fiscal fourth-quarter results after the close on Tuesday, August 11, with a call set for 5:00 p.m. Eastern. In a preliminary business update, the server maker said revenue is tracking near the low end of its $11.0 billion to $12.5 billion guidance range, with the Street modeling about $11.7 billion and earnings of roughly $0.56 per share.

The surprise was profitability: Supermicro estimated GAAP and non-GAAP gross margins of 15% to 17% for the quarter, far above its prior 8.2% to 8.4% guidance, citing a favorable customer and product mix. Margin durability has been the central debate on the stock through the AI server buildout.

Investors will look for detail on the mix shift and on fiscal 2027 guidance when results land next week.
