Super Micro Computer shares rose about 6% Friday to $31.13 after the company unveiled new high-density, liquid-cooled AI data center racks that ship factory-integrated for rapid rack-scale deployment. The move reinforces the company's position as a core hardware supplier for the AI buildout.

Adding to the momentum, AMD and Spectro Cloud introduced the AMD Instinct Coder turnkey inference solution built on Supermicro GPU systems, underscoring the company's role in enterprise AI workloads. The gain marks a sharp reversal from earlier in the week, when an AI hardware selloff pressured the stock.

The bigger catalyst arrives Tuesday, August 11, when Super Micro reports fiscal fourth-quarter results after the close. Wall Street expects roughly $11 billion in revenue, which would represent 91% growth year over year.
