Super Micro Sees AI Infrastructure Market Reaching Up to $4 Trillion

Super Micro Computer executives say the total addressable market for AI infrastructure could reach $2 trillion to $4 trillion, with senior vice president Michael Staiger telling investors "the sky's the limit" for the company's growth. Super Micro estimates it currently holds roughly 10% share of that market.

The company says it is backed by a $60 billion order book supporting fiscal 2027 revenue guidance of $65 billion to $72 billion, and is ramping manufacturing capacity to around 6,000 server racks per month. Its Data Center Building Block Solutions strategy bundles servers with cooling, power and networking, while a software and services unit that generated $538 million in fiscal 2026 carries higher margins than hardware sales.

Wall Street remains cautious near-term, with a consensus "Hold" rating and an average price target near $39.50, even as the stock has swung sharply this year on shifting sentiment around AI capital spending.
