Gary Brecka's Ultimate Longevity Center Expands to Australia With 50-Location Plan
What was announced
On September 23, 2026, Ultimate Longevity Center (ULC) announced its launch in Australia, with plans for 50 locations across the country. The franchise is backed by Anthony Geisler's Sequel Brands, human biologist Gary Brecka, and the precision health platform Lifeforce.
Rollout details
The first location is targeted for Double Bay in Q1 2027, with flagship sites planned for Melbourne and Brisbane. ULC Australia and New Zealand will be led by CEO Ben Doyle and COO Marie Doyle. The deal pushes ULC's global footprint past 300 territories.
Growth so far
According to the company, more than 275 U.S. territories have been sold since the franchise launched in 2026, including 200 in its first four months. Geisler called it one of the fastest-growing franchise sales pipelines in preventive health. Brecka said the question he hears most is where to start, and that Australian audiences are as engaged in longevity as American ones.
What to keep in mind
These figures come from company press materials, and territories sold are not the same as locations open. Brecka's wellness claims have drawn skepticism from some scientists, and the model of selling franchise territories ahead of openings remains unproven in preventive health. Readers should treat the projections as plans, not results.
